The ENGAGE Key Cities Programme brings together community partners and companies to work in collaboration in designing and implementing employee engagement programmes. It is currently running in 11 cities including Hong Kong and Dubai.
In addition to the support of UK-based ENGAGE supporters, each city sees a large group of local and other multinational companies joining local ENGAGE projects, in this way expanding and strengthening each project and the ENGAGE movement. At the European level, ENGAGE leads on a number of initiatives to promote employee community engagement, demonstrating it's value and placing it higher on the European agenda.
